WASHINGTON, Feb 9 (Reuters) - The Trump ⁠administration will fund ⁠efforts to ‍promote free speech within Western countries allied with Washington, a senior State Department official said on Monday during a visit to Europe focused on pushing back against European regulations that U.S. officials have ‍branded censorship.

Feb 9 (Reuters) - Property ⁠and casualty ⁠insurer ‍Cincinnati Financial's fourth-quarter profit rose on Monday, reflecting higher premiums and ‍investment income.

The results show insurance firms' ​stability, even as macroeconomic and geopolitical tensions disrupt ​other businesses.
