French court approves Atos rescue plan

(Reuters) - French technology group Atos has received approval from the Nanterre Commercial Court for its proposed accelerated restructuring plan, the company said on Thursday.
The restructuring will be executed between November 2024 and January 2025 through several capital increases and debt issuance, the company's statement said.
