Federal Reserve mounts challenge to Justice Department subpoenas, WSJ says

Feb 26 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Reserve is waging a behind-closed-doors legal challenge to two subpoenas issued in U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro's criminal investigation of Chair Jerome Powell, the Wall Street Journal said on Thursday.
Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
