Exxon Mobil names Gregory Garland to board of directors

(Reuters) -Oil major Exxon Mobil said on Wednesday it has named industry veteran Gregory Garland to its board of directors, effective November 3.
Garland brings more than a decade of experience and served as the CEO of U.S. refiner Phillips 66 from 2012 to 2022 and as the top boss of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company from 2008 to 2010.
