SAN FRANCISCO, April 1 (Reuters) - Rocket company SpaceX will host an analyst day on April 21, and will offer analysts a visit to its "Macrohard" xAI datacenter in Memphis, Tennessee two days later, a source familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.
SpaceX has filed confidentially for an initial public offering, another source said. That is likely to be the largest IPO on record.
