OSWIECIM, Poland (Reuters) - Several thousand Jews, including Holocaust survivors personally affected by the Oct. 7 Hamas attacks on Israel, walked through the former Auschwitz Nazi German death camp on Monday for the annual March of the Living ceremony in Poland.
Walking along the three kilometre (1.8 mile) path towards the crematoria of Birkenau, they paid tribute to the millions of Jews murdered by the Nazis during World War Two.

(Reuters) - Synopsys will sell its software integrity (SIG) unit to a private equity consortium led by Clearlake Capital and Francisco Partners in a deal valued at $2.1 billion, the chip designer said on Monday.
The deal includes up to $475 million in cash payable upon the consortium achieving a specified rate of return in connection with one or more liquidity transactions, according to a statement.

AMSTERDAM/BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Students in Belgium and the Netherlands occupied parts of the universities of Ghent and Amsterdam on Monday to protest against Israel's war in Gaza, joining international student protests that started on U.S. campuses.

(Reuters) - Retail trading platform Robinhood Markets said on Monday its cryptocurrency trading arm received a Wells notice from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 4.
Robinhood's shares fell 2.5% before the bell.
A Wells notice does not necessarily mean that recipients have violated any law. The SEC issues Wells notices to firms when it is planning to bring enforcement action against them.

(Reuters) - Former U.S. President Donald Trump's media and technology company said it had replaced its auditor, BF Borgers, after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged the accounting firm with "massive fraud" on Friday.
Trump Media & Technology Group said in a filing with the SEC on Monday that it had switched to Semple, Marchal & Cooper on Saturday. The change was recommended and approved by the company's audit committee.
