Europe slowly emerging from crisis, end not in sight: ECB's Makhlouf

DUBLIN (Reuters) - Europe is slowly emerging from the economic crisis brought on by the coronavirus pandemic but the end is not yet in sight, European Central Bank governing council member Gabriel Makhlouf said on Monday.

"We are slowly emerging from the depths of the economic impact but I would hesitate to say that we can see the end of the crisis right now," Makhlouf, the head of Ireland's Central Bank, told an online conference.
