Ericsson's Q4 core profit rises

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Swedish telecom equipment maker Ericsson reported on Friday a rise in fourth-quarter adjusted operating profit excluding impairments and said it sees further signs the overall RAN market is stabilising.
