Ecuador's Noboa promises cabinet changes, curfews

QUITO, ‌April ​20 (Reuters) - ​Ecuadorean President ‌Daniel Noboa on ⁠Monday said ‌that a new ‌energy minister would be ​named next week, ⁠while also swapping ​out the health minister.

In a ​post ‌on X, Noboa added ⁠that a curfew ⁠would be declared ​in nine provinces from May ‌3 to May ‌18.
