(Reuters) - The European Union is proposing to sanction several Chinese firms it claims helped Russian companies develop attack drones that were deployed against Ukraine, Bloomberg News reported on Monday.

The EU's European Commission is also looking to impose restrictions on additional Russian oil tankers to curb Russia's ability to circumvent existing restrictions, the report said, citing documents seen by Bloomberg.
