(Reuters) - Law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison is hiring a top dealmaker Jim Langston from rival firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as a partner in its mergers and acquisition (M&A) practice.

(Reuters) - Some personal information in a payroll system used by Britain's defence department has been accessed in a data breach, the BBC reported on Monday.
The system was managed by an external contractor and no operational Ministry of Defence data was obtained, the broadcaster said, adding that the department took the system off-line immediately.

(Reuters) - Axon Enterprise raised its full-year core profit and revenue forecast Monday, banking on strong demand for its software products and recently launched TASER 10 policing device.
The company now expects full-year 2024 revenue to be between $1.94 billion and $1.99 billion, compared with its previous forecast of $1.88 billion to $1.94 billion.
