Christian-conservative wireless provider Patriot Mobile files for US IPO
Oct 9 (Reuters) - Patriot Mobile disclosed a 21% increase in first-half revenue in its paperwork for a US initial public offering on Friday.
• Revenue rose to $53.4 million in the six months ended June 30, from $44 million a year earlier. Net loss widened to $4.6 million from $1.8 million during the period
• Patriot Mobile is a Christian-conservative mobile virtual network operator based in Texas
• The company was a major sponsor of the 2026 Republican National Committee Midterm Convention in Dallas, where Vice President JD Vance and other administration officials spoke
• Founded in 2013 as a niche cellular reseller, Patriot Mobile officially dropped its traditional startup imagery in 2016 and rebranded aggressively to lean into conservative activism
• The company plans to use the proceeds from the offering to repay debt and for general corporate purposes, including working capital, expansion and potential acquisitions
• It plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "PTRT". Northland Securities is the sole book-running manager of the offering
