WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The United States is reviewing a decision to deny entry to a Venezuelan Little League team that had been due to compete in an international baseball tournament in South Carolina, the State Department said on Saturday.
Cacique Mara Little League is now out of contention for this year's 2025 Senior League Baseball World Series, which begins on Saturday in Easley, South Carolina, Little League International said in a statement.

BEIRUT (Reuters) -Ziad Rahbani, the Lebanese composer and musician who created a distinct Lebanese sound from Western and Arabic musical roots, and whose sardonic critique of the country's sectarian politics rang true to Lebanese across the divides, has died.

(Reuters) -U.S. investment firm KKR is in talks to buy Singapore-based ST Telemedia Global Data Centres in a deal that could value the Asian infrastructure provider at more than $5 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Saturday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Reuters could not immediately verify the report. KKR and STT did not immediately reply to a Reuters request for comment.
