China's youth jobless rate falls to 12-month low in June

BEIJING, July 20 (Reuters) - China's surveyed urban unemployment rate for youths in June dropped to the lowest level in 12 months, data released by the National Bureau of Statistics showed on Monday.
• The survey-based jobless rate for 16-to-24 year-olds, excluding students, fell to 14.9% from 15.6% in May.
• For people aged 25 to 29, the surveyed urban unemployment rate was 7.1% in June, down from 7.2% the previous month.
• The rate for 30-59 year-olds dipped to 4.0% from 4.1%.
