China's vice commerce minister met Apple COO on Friday

BEIJING, Dec 22 (Reuters) - China's Vice Commerce Minister Li Chenggang and Apple's Chief Operating Officer Sabih Khan discussed the U.S. firm's business operations in China in a meeting on Friday, a commerce ministry statement said on Monday.
In the meeting, Li said China will provide greater opportunities to foreign companies including Apple and he hoped Apple would continue to work with Chinese partners and develop the Chinese market, according to the statement.
