China's youth jobless rate at 16.9% in November

BEIJING, Dec 18 (Reuters) - China's jobless rate for 16-to-24-year-olds, excluding college students, stood at 16.9% in November, down from 17.3% in the previous month, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed on Thursday.
The unemployment rate for 25-to-29-year-olds, excluding students, was at 7.2%, matching October's 7.2%, while the jobless rate for 30-to-59-year-olds was 3.8%, the data showed.
