BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese Premier Li Qiang said that China should take effective measures to address domestic economic problems and respond to external challenges.
Li made the remarks at a state council plenum on Wednesday at which he vowed to increase counter-cyclical adjustment and focus on outstanding problems in the country.
He said policymakers should break from routine and launch measures that can be felt.
