Casino operator Wynn CFO Julie Cameron-Doe retires

Jan 10 (Reuters) - Casino operator Wynn Resorts said on Friday that CFO Julie Cameron-Doe would retire and that company insider Craig Jeffrey Fullalove would replace her as finance chief.
Cameron-Doe, who has been the company's CFO since 2022, will continue to serve as a consultant and non-executive director of Wynn Macau.
Fullalove, a qualified chartered accountant, has over two decades of experience in finance.
He joined Wynn Macau in 2020, where he led business development and supported casino and non-casino marketing efforts in Macau.
