Casino operator Wynn CFO Julie Cameron-Doe retires

Jan 10 (Reuters) - ⁠Casino ⁠operator ‍Wynn Resorts said on Friday ‍that CFO Julie Cameron-Doe ​would retire and ​that company insider Craig Jeffrey Fullalove would replace her as ​finance chief.

Cameron-Doe, who has been the ​company's CFO since 2022, will ‌continue to serve as a consultant and ​non-executive director ⁠of Wynn Macau.

Fullalove, a qualified chartered ‌accountant, has over two decades of ‌experience in finance.

He joined Wynn ‌Macau in 2020, where he led business development and ‍supported casino and non-casino marketing ⁠efforts in Macau.
