Canadian home sales rise 2.8% in June

TORONTO (Reuters) -Canadian home sales rose 2.8% in June from May and were up 3.5% on an annual basis, data from the Canadian Real Estate Association showed on Tuesday.
The industry group's Home Price Index edged down 0.2% on the month and was down 3.7% annually, while the national average selling price was down 1.3% on the year.
