Canadian home sales edge lower in April, prices fall

TORONTO (Reuters) -Canadian home sales fell 0.1% in April from March and were down 9.8% on an annual basis, data from the Canadian Real Estate Association showed on Thursday.
The industry group's Home Price Index declined 1.2% on the month and was down 3.6% annually, while the national average selling price was down 3.9% on the year.
