(Reuters) -Campbell's Co on Tuesday named Todd Cunfer as its chief financial officer, effective October 20, succeeding Carrie Anderson.
Cunfer, who has more than two decades of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, including at Hershey, was most recently the CFO of pet food maker Freshpet Inc.
Anderson had served as Campbell's CFO since February 2023. The company said she is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
Shares of the Goldfish crackers maker have fallen about 25% so far this year, pressured by changing consumer preferences and higher costs linked to tariffs.
Last month, Campbell's forecast full-year profit below analysts' estimates and said it would eliminate synthetic dyes from its food and beverage products.
