CF Industries' finance chief to step down, Richard Hoker named interim CFO

Jan 7 (Reuters) - CF Industries' Chief Financial Officer Gregory Cameron will step down from his role effective February 15, the U.S. based fertilizer manufacturer said on Wednesday.
The firm has appointed Richard Hoker as the interim CFO and has commenced a search for a permanent CFO, it said in its statement.
Hoker is a company veteran and has held multiple roles at the firm, including vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer since November 2007.
