SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea's main doctors' lobby group said on Sunday it would go on strike on June 18 to protest the government's healthcare reform plan, defying a warning by the prime minister that such action would damage the credibility of the medical community.

DUBAI (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's real gross domestic product (GDP) in the first quarter shrank 1.7% from a year earlier, preliminary government data showed on Sunday, as a decline in oil activities continued to weigh on overall growth.

(Reuters) -Volvo Car has started to shift production of Chinese-made electric vehicles to Belgium in anticipation that the European Union will crack down on Beijing-subsidised imports, the Times reported on Saturday.
The European Commission, which oversees trade policy in the 27-nation European Union, launched an investigation last year into whether fully-electric cars manufactured in China were receiving distortive subsidies and warranted extra tariffs.... (continue reading...)

(Reuters) - Tesla will not launch a refreshed Model Y this year, chief executive Elon Musk said in a post on social media X on Saturday.
"No Model Y 'refresh' is coming out this year", Musk said, adding that Tesla continuously improves its cars, "so even a car that is 6 months newer will be a little better."
