Brother, sister charged after explosive device found at US military base

WASHINGTON, March 26 (Reuters) - FBI Director Kash Patel said on Thursday that two people were indicted after an improvised explosive device was placed at the MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa.
The base is home to the U.S. Special Operations Command and the U.S. Central Command, which has spearheaded the war against Iran.
"A brother and sister have now been indicted. One is in custody for accessory and evidence tampering and the primary suspect is charged with explosives offenses and is currently in China," Patel said on X.
