Brazil's auto production up, sales down in August

SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Brazil's auto production rose 5.2% in August from July to 259,613 units, automakers association Anfavea said on Thursday.
Vehicle sales in Latin America's largest economy, however, were down 1.6% month-on-month to 237,382 units.
