Brazil services activity rises for the seventh consecutive month in August

BRASILIA, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Services activity in Brazil grew 2.5% in August from August 2024, statistics agency IBGE said. Economists had forecast a median rise of +2.5% in a Reuters poll.
Services activity rose 0.1% from July after seasonal adjustments.
