SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Brazilian vice-president Geraldo Alckmin said on Tuesday that Brazil will have a rigorous fiscal policy, as Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's government hesitates to announce new measures to contain spending.
Alckmin told journalists on the sidelines of the United Nations' COP 29 in Azerbaijan that Lula has made it clear that he will respect the country's fiscal framework.
