Brazil's Embraer posts 47% increase in first-quarter deliveries

SAO PAULO, ‌April ​2 (Reuters) - ​Brazilian planemaker Embraer delivered 44 ‌aircraft in the first ⁠quarter, up 47% from ‌the same period ‌last year, it said in a securities ​filing on Thursday.

* The deliveries included ⁠10 commercial jets, a 43% rise,and ​29 executive jets, up 26%. * It also ​delivered five ‌defence aircraft in the period,from none ⁠in the first quarter of 2025. * Embraer, ⁠the world's third-largest planemaker, expects ​todeliver between 80 and 85 commercial jets and between ‌160 and170 executive jets in 2026.
