(Reuters) - Palo Alto Networks forecast fourth-quarter billings above Wall Street estimates on Monday, a sign that clients are turning to the cybersecurity firm for its integrated software security tools.

The company expects fourth-quarter billings to be between $3.43 billion and $3.48 billion, the mid point of which is slightly above analysts' average estimate of $3.45 billion, according to LSEG data.

(Reuters) - The head of Ukraine's Russia-annexed Luhansk region said on Monday that Ukrainian shelling had damaged a fuel depot and triggered a fire in the town of Dovzhansk.

It was the third such Ukrainian attack on depots in the region this month.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States on Monday said it had been unable, due largely to logistical reasons, to accept an Iranian request for assistance following a helicopter crash over the weekend that killed President Ebrahim Raisi, as Washington offered its condolences.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States and Saudi Arabia are close to a final agreement on a bilateral agreement after the U.S. national security adviser made significant progress in talks with the Saudis over the weekend, the White House said on Monday.

White House national security spokesperson John Kirby said the two sides are "closer than we've ever been" on an agreement that is now "near final."
