Blasts heard on approach to Kyiv, Reuters' witnesses say

KYIV (Reuters) - Explosions were heard near Kyiv in what sounded like Ukraine's air defence systems engaged in repelling an air attack, Reuters' witnesses reported on Monday.

All of Ukraine was under air raid alerts at 0350 GMT on Monday.
