At least 2 dead from Philippines quake, official says

MANILA (Reuters) -At least two people were killed by the magnitude 7.4 earthquake that struck offshore in the southern Philippines, an official from a regional civil defence office said on Friday.
Karlo Puerto, an information officer with the Davao region's civil defence office, said by phone that both fatalities were from Mati City in Davao Oriental province.
