Walgreen (WAG) Says July Comps Rose 2.7%

Walgreen (NYSE: WAG) reports a 2.7 percent rise in same-store sales for the month of July. The company reported a 4.7 percent increase in total sales. Pharmacy comps were up 1.5 percent while front-end sales were up 6.8%.
