Wal-Mart Stores (WMT) June Comps Up 1.2%

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE: WMT) said total US comparable sales rose 1.2.%. Based on the results of the first two months, the company estimates that the earnings per share for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 will be within their previously stated guidance of $0.70 to $0.74.
