WAG Saw Feb. Same-Store Sales Increase 5.7%

Walgreen Co. (NYSE: WAG) had February sales of $3,797,935,000, an increase of 10.0% from $3,451,324,000 for the same month in 2005. Sales in comparable stores (those open at least a year) rose 5.7%.
