Urban Outfitters (Nasdaq: URBN) is trading lower after filing a 10-Q this morning, which saw the retailer report a 3.3 percent decrease in net comparable-store sales for the first six-months of its fiscal 2012 reporting period. Urban noted the decrease was the result of a decrease in transactions, lower units per transaction and lower average unit sales prices. Click here for more from the 10-Q.
