The Buckle (NYSE: BKE) announced that comparable store net sales, for stores open at least one year, for the 5-week period ended July 4, 2015 increased 0.5 percent from comparable store net sales for the 5-week period ended July 5, 2014. Net sales for the 5-week fiscal month ended July 4, 2015 increased 2.7 percent to $87.1 million from net sales of $84.8 million for the prior year 5-week fiscal month ended July 5, 2014.
Comparable store net sales year-to-date for the 22-week period ended July 4, 2015 decreased 0.9 percent from comparable store net sales for the 22-week period ended July 5, 2014. Net sales for the 22-week fiscal period ended July 4, 2015 increased 1.2 percent to $433.6 million from net sales of $428.4 million for the prior year 22-week fiscal period ended July 5, 2014.
