TLB Saw Feb. Same-Store Sales Down 2%

The Talbots (NYSE: TLB) announced total Company sales for fiscal February, the four weeks ended February 25, 2006, decreased 2% to $91.4 million from $93.0 million for the four weeks ended February 26, 2005. Comparable store sales decreased 6.0% for the month.
