SkyWest (SKYW) Reports Increase in July Traffic

SkyWest, Inc. (Nasdaq: SKYW) reported a 14.1% increase in revenue passenger miles (RPMs) for July, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased 15.6% compared to the same period last year. The combined airlines generated 1.68 billion RPMs for the month, while ASMs increased to 2.07 billion. Load factor was down 1.0 percentage points to 81.3 percent compared to 82.3%for the same period last year. Passenger boardings for July totaled 3,175,377 a 9.4% increase over July 2006.
