Sharper Image (SHRP) Reports September Same-Store Sales

Sharper Image Corporation (NASDAQ: SHRP) reported sales for the month of September were $31.9 million compared to $36.3 million in the previous year, a decrease of 12 percent.
Total store sales were $17.5 million compared to $21.3 million in the prior September, a decrease of 18 percent. Comparable store sales in September decreased 21 percent.
Total catalog sales/direct marketing sales (including wholesale) were $9.8 million compared to last September's $9.6 million, an increase of two percent. Internet sales were $4.5 million compared to last September's $5.4 million, a decrease of 16 percent.
