Sharper Image (SHRP) Reports Decline in March Sales
Sharper Image Corporation (NASDAQ: SHRP) reported sales for the month of March, 2007.
For the month ended March 31, 2007, total Company sales were $22.1 million compared to $40.0 million in the previous year, a decrease of 45%.
Total store sales were $15.3 million compared to $21.7 million in the prior March, a decrease of 29%. Comparable store sales in March decreased 29%.
Total catalog sales/direct marketing sales (including wholesale) were $3.4 million compared to last March's $11.8 million, a decrease of 71%.
Internet sales were $3.4 million compared to last March's $6.6 million, a decrease of 48%.
