Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) reports total drugstore sales of $2.549 billion for the month of February.
Same store sales came in at down 0.9%, or flat when excluding the acquired Brooks Eckerd stores.
February sales were negatively impacted by a weak cough, cold and flu season, Valentine's Day falling on a Saturday versus a Thursday last year as well as a slowing economy.
