Rite Aid (RAD) March Same Store Sales Rose 2.6%

Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) said for the four weeks started March 2, 2008 and ended March 29, 2008, same store sales increased 2.6 percent over the prior-year period.

Pharmacy same store sales increased 1%. Front-end same store sales were up 5.7%. [LJ]
