PSUN Reports Total March Sales Increase 15.7%

Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. (NASDAQ: PSUN) reported that total sales for the five weeks of fiscal March ending April 2, 2005, were $120.1 million, an increase of 15.7% over total sales of $103.8 million during the same period last year. Total company same-store sales increased 4.8% during the same period. By concept, PacSun same-store sales increased 4.9% and d.e.m.o. same-store sales increased 4.3% compared to the same five-week period last year.
