PSMT Announces May Sales

PriceSmart, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSMT) announced that for the month of May 2005, net sales increased 15.8% to $56.0 million from $48.4 million in May a year earlier. For the nine months ended May 31, 2005, net sales increased 11.0% to $497.8 million from $448.4 million in the same period last year.
