Mothers Work, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWRK) announced that net sales for the month of January 2008 decreased 5.2% to $38.7 million from $40.8 million reported for the month of January 2007.
Comparable store sales for January 2008 decreased 2.1% (based on 1,405 locations) versus a comparable store sales decrease of 6.0% (based on 1,464 locations) for January 2007.
