Mesa Air Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MESA) reported its preliminary traffic figures for July 2007. Year-over-year available seat miles decreased 2.5% in July 2007 to 775,082,000 compared to 794,997,000 in July 2006. Revenue passenger miles decreased 1.6% from 628,675,000 in 2006 to 618,725,000 in 2007. Passenger enplanements increased 2.6% from 1,412,453 in July 2006 to 1,449,101 in July 2007. Year-over-year load factor for the month of July increased from 79.1% in 2006 to 79.8% in 2007.
go! 's preliminary traffic figures for July 2007 indicate that its operations generated 13.1 million available seat miles, 10.8 million revenue passenger miles and 75,255 passenger emplacements, resulting in a load factor of 82.72%. July marked the highest load factor for go! since beginning service on June 9, 2006. Hawai'i's low fare leader also recorded an on-time performance rate of 86.32% and an overall completion factor of 99.45%. In July go! also celebrated flying its 750,000th passenger and recorded its' highest average fare for 2007.
