JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq: JBLU) reported its traffic in May decreased 2.3% from May 2007, on a capacity increase of 1.2%.
Load factor for May 2008 was 79.2%, a decrease of 2.8 points from May 2007. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.8 percent and its on-time (1) performance was 79.3%. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of May increased 12% year over year.
