JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ: JBLU) reported its preliminary traffic results for June 2011. Traffic in June increased 7.2% from June 2010, on a capacity increase of 10.0%.
Load factor for June 2011 was 82.1%, a decrease of 2.1 points from June 2010. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.1% and its on-time (1) performance was 73.5 percent. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of June increased eight percent year over year.
