HKF Reports March Sales

Hancock Fabrics, Inc. (NYSE: HKF) reported that sales in the five-week period ended April 2, 2005 totaled $37.8 million compared with $41.1 million for the same period of the prior year. Sales in comparable stores declined 8.9% in March.
