Goldman Sachs Upgrades Ralph Lauren (RL) to Buy

Goldman Sachs upgraded Ralph Lauren (NYSE: RL) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $185.00.

Analyst Lidsay Drucker Man said, "RL offers the attractive combination of long-term secular growth, inflecting fundamentals, and depressed valuation. On the secular front, we continue to see RL as a natural share gainer within the highly fragmented apparel category, and the consumer shift online creates a powerful new growth algorithm for RL's historically slow-growth domestic wholesale business. On the cyclical front, we see strong signs of positive business inflections . . ."
